About The Course

The Privileges: PPL(A) holders can fly a single-engine piston airplane for private, recreational or sport flights. You can fly not only for your own entertainment, but you can take passengers on board as well. PPL(A) License allows you to fly during the day in good weather conditions. The license you get in our flight academy is valid world wide. The holder can fly an EASA registered light aircraft (<5700kg) within the European Union member states and is accepted worldwide. Allows the holder to fly Visual Flight Rules (VFR) by day and enjoy caring passengers. Additional ratings such as Night and IR(R) can be added to the PPL.

Start of PPL (A) Airplane Private pilot license PPL(A) Training Course

The training session starts in Tbilisi after Aviation Medical Examination that needs to be passed based on Class 2 EASA Medical Standard (download the standard) which takes 1 day and + 1 day will take introduction training to the course.

100 hours / Two weeks classroom lessons will take place in Tbilisi in front of the computer with the assistance of Instructors or can be completed online by eLearning software by self study and testing.

ICAO AVIATION ENGLISH exam preparatory course when required
The aim of the course is to prepare students for success on the ICAO English Exam. Success in this case means achieving a Level 4 or above on the exam to become a safe, efficient and effective communicator, in a worldwide industry where safe, efficient and effective communication is essential and highly valued. English exam preparatory courses can take place before, during or after the training if students can effectively communicate and read in English.

ICAO English examination
English examinations can be conducted at the end of the course just before certification as students will be enhancing their English Level proficiency during studying and communication with instructors and peers.

Airplane Private pilot license PPL(A) Training Course Entry Requirements

Be at least 16 years old to start the training. Applicants for a PPL(A) license must be at least 17 years old.

Have basic education

Hold a valid Aviation Medical Certificate Class 1 or Class 2

Sufficient level of English before start of training mut before completion of Credits for previous experience

Holders of pilot license for helicopters, ultra-light helicopters, gyroplanes, ultralights, gliders, motorized gliders may be credited with 10% of their total flight time as pilot-in-command in such aircraft up to a maximum of 10 hours in total flight hours towards a PPL(A).

1. Course Registration Administrative Fee - 409 Euros

2. PPL (A) 100 hours Theory Course self study - 987 Euros (or can be conducted in Tbilisi Instructor Led with PC/Software - 2,987 Euros)

3. PPL (A) Flight Training on C150 (OK-RTX) - 13,277 Euros

Following you can complete on your own or we can provide support:

4. EASA Aviation Medical Exam in Tbilisi - 160 Euros (or can be complete with any EASA Aviation Medical Examiner)

5. English Level 4 Examination - 170 Euros (or it is free of charge is taken with 25 hours prep course)

6. English prep course 25 hours online - 690 Euros (or 1290 Euros with physical attendance in Tbilisi, Georgia and includes the online examination fee)

7. Radiotelephony operator exam - 198 Euros

8. Assistance with Travel and Accommodation is provided upon request - from 50 to 150 Euros.

9. Assistance with a visa is provided upon request.

Tax VAT 18% is applied to any transaction made with us.
